I visited the store, and the issue was reviewed very courteously and knowledgeably by Steve Fahy. He photographed the problem and indicated that he would contact Berghaus. Within a week I had return call from Steve who told me that a replacement pair of boots was available for my collection. I can only give the highest recommendation to this store.”
