"Constantly delayed and further delayed orders. No delivery dockets provided. Orders received not matching invoices; amounts sizes etc. Items received thrown in boxes, creased, not packaged. Regular faults with goods supplied: dirty, cuts in the fabric, logos and badges occasionally crooked, not centred or kidsized logos on adult pieces. Invoices with different prices and vat rates for the same items. No descriptions provided on other invoices. Limited follow through and communications and promises. All orders received require thorough checking and review. Generally disappointed with the service."
