"Bought a pair of North Face Vectiv boots last Feb. Worn a handful of times and on a couple of hikes they leaked all over the place. Dreadful product. Took them back to the store and they were excellent about it. Policy is to test them. They did it same day called me with the results and invited me back for a replacement or refund. Picked up a replacement pair of Solomans. Hopefully they will work out. Great service."
