"Possibly the most unenthusiastic, unhelpful staff in Dublin. Wanted to buy a pair of runners but you are absolutely under no circumstances allowed to try both runners on before buying! Absolute joke, had to stand at the counter and pay for the runners in full before they would let me try the second one on. I wouldn't have bothered except I had a gift voucher. Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend."
"Probably the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, I asked the sales person to check a size for me. I waited for 20 mins and asked the sales person whether the shoes are ready and he told me to wait. I waited for another 10 mins and asked him again. He literally grabbed shoes on the ground right beside him and told me ‘oh I thought someone already gave them to you’. After trying them on I decided to buy the shoes. Then I joined this extremely long queue. I thought there must be some difficult customers or maybe one post machine wasn’t working etc. I poked my head to check on the cashier and saw two cashiers were chatting away laughing and serving the customers slowly. I literally spent around a hour on buying a pair of shoe."
"Love this shop. Excellent staff really helpful and on the ball. Amazing amount of the latest trainer's, clothing and accessories. Very bright and well air conditioned for shopping on these. Plus prices are a great match to most other sporting shops in the city."
