"Zach absolutely saved chrsitmas! This year I was looking to get my mom some weights to help with her physio for her osteoporosis. She's been working hard and is getting the weights in 1kg increments and seeing her own progress is pushing her on. My mom wanted the weights from here because that's what she's been using and won't use anything else! As is the case with Christmas things get left to the last minute and I couldn't order online and get them on time. My dad was in Dublin and went over. Unfortunately he arrived at 10 past 6. Zach not only let him in but also helped him get the ones I needed and sorted everything after what I'm sure is a crazy crazy day. Going above and beyond to help has made my Christmas and I couldn't reccomend this place enough. He wouldn't even let my dad carry them to the car! I only wish I could give 6 stars!"

"Really good experience in McSport. I regularly needs bits and bobs for my football team and pick these up in McSport. Recently I received some sponsorship for the team so on this occasion I had list of stuff I needed. The staff ( Edel I think her name was in particular) were great help and even though they were busy, it being Christmas week had everything boxed up ready to go and helped me to the car. Thanks folks"

"Great company to deal with. Have built a home gym with their equipment over the last year. Products are excellent quality. Very easy to deal with over the phone, and the staff in the shop have been very helpful on the few occasions when I called in. The install team were quick and professional, very happy with the service. Had 2 small issues with some of the items that I purchased but these were resolved straight away, cannot fault their customer service."

"I bought an elliptical trainer off these guys and intially I was dissapointed with the service as the machine had cosmetic damage and they took over a week to clarify what they were going to do and then gave me an unsatisfactory response. I did complain a little and they responded very well to be honest. They sent out a team of guys to replace the large part that was damaged with a new one and then completely assembled the machine for me for free which is a nice 3 hours of my life freed up :), obviously the defect in the first place could have come from the factory, they are just the retailer. Anyway update on this, the machine ended up having a defect with the flywheel (intermittent knocking sound). They made 2 x attempts ot repair unsuccessfully and refused to replace the product, just offerened more call outs. They replaced the bearings twice but no joy and didn't have much confidence they would repair it so just gave up. Clearly would not recommend based on this over all experience."
