"Store Manager needs to be trained in customer service. SHOCKING self awareness. Asked her a question regarding a size walked right past me, acknowledged my question but made no effort to help. Just a usual no thats all we have. Asked a second question Do you have a changing room and blantely ignored me. Rude to the staff. Stick a smile on your face and be grateful for your position. Being a manager within the centre you would not be working for me with that attitude. Will not be returning good job."

"In shop last Friday bought a couple of items unfortunately when I got home the security tag was left on one of the. Had to return to shop on Monday with item for tag to be removed unfortunately the girl on the till took item removed tag not as much as an apology or word such as sorry for inconvenience . Customer service nil"

"Really disappointed today with lady at the till, I bought €84 worth of shopping & my wife had sent me the 3 mobile code but the lady at till refused it as it didn't come from my phone. I didnt protest this & accepted her decision which she informed me in the most horrible fashion. I understand there are rules but this was never an issue in the past. We're living in difficult times & a little flexibility goes a long way. I've always loved shopping here as does my wife. The staff are usually lovely & very friendly & accommodating. I'm sad to say that after today's experience we will think twice before we return again."
