This man knows his stuff but also possesses a kindness that makes it seem like no big deal. His singing voice alone is worth the price of admission. By the end of the tour he was a part of the family. Ive been all over this planet and I am confident you will never find a better guide. If you love nature Dave is your guy. "I knew nothing about Wolfhound tours when I first contacted the owner, Dave, over 6 months ago. I only knew I wanted to go to Ireland and it would be my first foray into travel in over two years. I initially reached out to my travel agent who kept referring me to large travel companies, the opposite of what I was looking for. I found Wolfhound by a Google search. It was my first trip to Ireland and Dave went out of his way to make sure that I walked away with what I had been looking forward to. He’s a gifted storyteller, and a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about everything Ireland. Everyone on the tour had traveled with him previously-that’s how much people enjoy his tours. From outdoor activities, to cultural sites, he covered it all. This was my first tour with Dave but it won’t be my last. He’s Ireland’s best kept travel secret, but something tells me Wolfhound won’t be much of a secret for long."

"I've toured with Dave twice; 2015 on a southwest tour, and 2018 we went north. Both were fantastic! Dave is very knowledgeable about the history of the Emerald Isle, passionate about his homeland, loves nature, and spins a tall tale from time to time.
