"You can't contact them. There is a answering machine but they don't ring back."
"I have phoned and left messages asking them to ring me but they haven't so far. I also wrote a letter but still no response after weeks of conact. Not sure if the are closed down or just don't want to sell holidays but it's distressing getting no reponse. All one want's to do is book a holiday."
"Had a disaster of a tour with PAD last July. The Barrowfield Hotel, Newquey, where we were booked into was unsafe, dirty, poor quality and the management were rude and unhelpful. I have been a customer of PAB for over three years now and they seem to be unwilling to talk to me or come back to me. I am a disposable customer but a number of customers from that particular tour are now coming together to get compensation from PAB. Definitely would not recommend this company. They use cheap, really cheap, doss house hotels for their travelling guests."
"Pab I will never book again. Went to Liverpool staying at Adelphi Hotel. This hotel is or was a fantastic building 100 years ago. Now needs closing to bring it back to its former glory. Carpets were filthy. Food a disaster very poor quality. Mouse in bar area where we were sitting one night. Does anyone from pab go and check out hotels they use on a regular basis. Won't be booking through Pab ever again as I feel they use very poor quality hotels."
