"Friendly staff and helpful it's a assessment centre for pip you get back your money if you have travelled by bus taxi or train its a small waiting room and you can have a cup of water from the dispenser there's only a couple of staff working at the reception desk and one nurse that interviews you takes about 30 minutes overall ok"
