"We were here for a long weekend on a fact finding mission. The rooms were clean, although the bathroom had seen better days (could do with some limescale removal) Overall good value for the price and location"

"Great hotel with very friendly staff, the rooms are good size and sound proofed well. The bathroom is a good size unfortunately the bath isn't but just showering isn't a bad Comparise. The food is excellent one of the reason I keep choosing this certain location. Can't find much to complain about alot happy stays 10/10"

"Stayed here for a girls night out. Receptionist very friendly. Check in very easy. Room had everything we needed. Window overlooking bus station but no excessive noise. Breakfast serve time was 8am-11am which meant we could lie in if wanted. The breakfast was great - everything we needed and all you can eat. Check out time of 12 is great - as we get up early it meant we could have breakfast early, hit the shops early and not have to carry our bags round all day, but equally great if you like a long lazy morning."

"This is the worst hotel ever. They quoted me £42 for the night and then charged me cash of £56. I have the invoice for £42. They said I had to pay more and if I didn't they said I could f off.. I went down to reception and I tried to talk but was treated with disrespectful foul language. I wrote to customer service and still no reply. I am disabled and was stuck as high and far away from the entrance it was a real nightmare. I have pictures of the staff that were rude and the 2 different invoices. Very bad. I would still like to talk to customer service and get back the money I am owed."

"Lovely staff and helpful. The family room was a double bed and 2 singles pushed together so it was a decent few nights sleep. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee provided. Tv with a selection of channels. The bathroom is a good size and you have the option of bath or shower. You need a key to get through to the hotel rooms behind this door you have the option of going up the stairs or going in the lifts. There is a cafe there but we didn’t try the food it smelt good. The hotel is a 5 minute walk if that to chapel field shopping centre so a really good location to stay."
