"This place was okay for a overnight stay in Norwich. It's situated next to Norwich FC, also opposite a retail park - handy for shopping but not the best view. And a room above reception can be noisy, so would probably look for alternative accommodation or request a different room (although request this time was ignored). Didn't eat here . . Found a Wetherspoons within walking distance for breakfast and tried some local restaurants for evening meal."

"Yes its a little tired and a bit rough at the at the edges these days but I am sure plans are in progress for a refurbishment. However, what you do have is a hotel with a solid feel about it and a dash of character too which is both unusual and refreshing for a formula place. What I liked more than anything were the staff who all seemed happy to assist in any way and genuinely happy to work there. There wasn't a moment that I didn't feel at ease and happy to be there. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb, worth every penny."

"Stayed for 4 days. Spacious room. Our room overlooked the Norwich city football pitch. Clean. The breakfast and evening meals were lovely. The staff in the restaurant were good."
