"Booked a taxi, was promised it would be there. No confirmation sent though. Went outside to wait at the time arranged in the cold with my pet who was also freezing. Called when the taxi was late, I was told it was 5min late. 10min later still no taxi. Ended up cancelling it. Don't say a taxi is a few mins away when it's not even coming.. made me nearly miss my appointment and got both me and my pet freezing out in the cold for no reason."
"Couldn't rate higher. I called and booked a cab for new years day at 1 am and was quoted a fair price compared to several other nearby firms. Paid upfront to secure the taxi and received a text from the driver the day before confirming! Called the driver early after midnight on NYD and he agreed to come and get us before agreed time, his name was Phil and he was the nicest guy ever. He picked us up, no nonsense, no quibbles.
