"It was generally a good experience with this company. Our flight was delayed on our way to Dubai so we arrived later than planned. They were good at communicating although we were rushed out to meet the driver. For the taxi back, I messaged the line and was ignored. This unsettled me as I didn’t want to miss our flight or have to book a taxi and pay again. The taxi was late but we got to the airport in good time. The cars are very clean and the drivers drove carefully. There was a booster seat for my children as promised. I would use them again."

"Had a terrible experience with this company. Booked a return journey to and from the airport in Majorca, as we were travelling with a 1 year old and 2 year old. The journey from the airport to the hotel was fine, but we were never picked up for the return journey, even though they messaged the hotel and told us to be ready at 7.25am. Both myself and the hotel tried calling the numbers provided but couldn’t get through to anyone. We had to book a local taxi, which was efficient, easy, and much cheaper than using Holiday Taxis. The local taxis can also provide car seats for little ones. We got to the airport quite late so had to rush to get to to our flight on time. I emailed to complain (and obviously request a refund) as soon as we got home, and they never replied. I called up a few weeks after emailing but was on hold for over an hour. I eventually got through to someone on a different occasion and they told me that my return journey wasn’t even on their system. They did agree to refund us half of the total cost, but for all of the hassle and stress (what if we’d missed our flight?!) they should have granted us a full refund. Will never book with this company again, stick to the local taxis, they’re much easier."

"Refunds are incredibly slow, 16 weeks before they replied to my travel agent and arranged a refund for a sub standard return. Booked premium as always. On arrival was fine. On departure was a shed on wheels. The firm they used did not reply to them to they refunded the agent who in turn refunded me with a chain of emails showing it took holiday taxis ltd 16 weeks to address"

"Excellent transport service. On time, brilliant drivers and provided a car seat for our little one too. We used from Faro Airport in Portugal to hotel and back again going home. Will definitely use again!"

"The pick up driver from the airport was great and helped us a lot in Italy, as not many didn't speak English at our accommodation there. But the driver who did our return to the airport was really rude and angry that he waited for 30 minutes for us, when I clearly said to the company to pick us up at 6am, but the driver kept saying that 5:30am was the scheduled pickup. The price for the booking, considering the distance traveled, is also well over priced in my opinion. Wouldn't use this service again tbh."
