"Ordered items and paid for assembly. Half of the items had missing components which meant that they were unusable. Fitters said that this is a regular occurrence. Despite several conversations with customer services the missing items have not materialised. Buyers beware this could happen to you!!"
"I ordered a rustic oak dining table and 4 chairs after waiting 8 weeks for delivery only the table arrived on calling into store a lady in the office said she would look into the delivery of the chairs as only 2 was down to be delivered a week later I never heard from the lady again which i think is bad customer care. After phoning customer services they said it was not possible to deliver all 4 chairs together so had to have 2 more delivery slots for the chairs."
"I brought 3 Galloway chairs. One was delivered with no foam in the back and another one has had the base collapse. The base was held by two staples. Quality of these chairs is absolutely shocking. Now a second one has the same fault."
