"Wide range of used new looking furnitures. Constant turnover of items so if you like it , buy it then itself or it will b gone. Prices are worthy and for a genuine purpose. They deliver nearby with a cost around 20£. Staff were very friendly. Got almost all furniture’s for the new house. They have a small branch in town ,with a few furnitures ,as-well.Guys who came over to deliver were friendly and fixed the items in position."

"Had a sofa delivered from the store. As I am disabled and had to shield due to covid, I made arrangements with the store that my old sofa would be collected. It stated this on the delivery note, that it would be collected if it was in good condition and the fire safety label was in place. The chap who delivered the new sofa refused to take the old one. He said that the delivery note "didn't say they *had* to take the sofa", examined the sofa to find the fire safety label to see if that was an excuse for them to not take it and then argued that it "was too much hassle to load the sofa onto the van". They did take the old sofa outside, but dumped it on my driveway, blocking my access to the road. His attitude was rude and I felt threatened. Calls to the store and the national helpline, live chat and even emails have been ignored. I am now stuck with a sofa that I can't move myself, that is blocking access on my driveway. I can't leave my house at the moment. It's due to rain later today and I don't know what to do."
