"Fantastic experience every time I've been here for my coldwater fish in the last two months or so; whether it's purchasing livestock or just tank supplies, all the staff have been helpful and very knowledgeable. Especially, today, one bloke was very understanding with our predicament; we had a mixture of fish in our tank, variates platy, pearl danios and red shiners. However, the Red Shiners were very aggressive towards the other breeds which resulted in the death of a danio last night. The employee fave us a refund for the shiners and gave us another platy and 3 danios. The tank is now a very happy one. Excellent service!!"
