"It's impossible to see a doctor at this practice, I rang the surgery at 8.00 am and I waited on the phone for 1 hour 10 minutes and when I got through I was told there were no appointments left and to dial 111. When I got through to 111 and gave my symptoms they sent an ambulance, what an absolute waste of NHS resources, is it any wonder the hospitals are over crowded when clearly patients go to A&E simply because doctors surgeries are not fulfilling their obligations to their patients. What happened to Duty of Care."
"Should be zero stars. Called to ask for an appt for my son to speak to a GP regarding his deteriorating mental health, as one of the GPs had said he should call if he felt worse. Duty doctor refused to see him and said to take him to A&E!! Unbelievable!!!"
"I have always said good things about this practice. But, I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks after being on phone for 1 hour plus everyday when I get to no12 in queue I get cut off then to call back and be cut off again The few occasions I get through, there isn't any appointments. I am going to just struggle along hoping I can recover, I am not going to call again."

"9.40am Unbelievable!!! Having being cut off earlier, joined queue again and once more on reaching 40 minutes was cut off again! This surgery meeds some urgent attention, people will be dying because of their lack of cate 8.40am Would leave no stars if I could. This isn't just a post pandemic issue, the surgery has been dreadful for years, fortunately we don't have to use often but this time really need to see a doctor, not pharmacist or nurse, a doctor. Can’t even get through to them let alone make an appointment! Just been in a queue of 25 having called at 8am, after 38 minutes got down to number 6 and was cut off. Dont have time to waste sitting on calls, my husband needs an urgent appointment, he has been suffering from neck & head pain for 4 weeks which is getting worse and there is a family history of cancer. Current government guidelines encourages you to see a GP if concerned but its near impossible. Will be making a formal complaint."
