"Came here for knee surgery and had a pleasant experience. All staff, nurses and doctors were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome at every point. Felt looked after and nothing was too much trouble for the nurses, physio etc. As I think there is no a and e, the department has a more relaxed vibe and you feel well looked after. Hospital was kept clean and facilities were good. As far as a hospital visit can go, this was a good experience and I want to say a big thank you to the hollybank department for making my stay so comfortable."
"The micats department is absolutely awful and offers some of the worst care for patients with muscoskeletal issues. It really isn't worth anyone's time to visit these people. Micats embodies everything that is wrong with the NHS ."
"Although the disabled parking is hit and miss, it is usually easy to find a parking spot. There is a pay and display car park which you can park in free with a disabled badge. The hospital doesn't have any A&E dept. It is usually really clean and the staff are always polite and helpful."

I found the hospital to have excellent parking facilities with charges being reasonable in contrast to bigger hospitals I have to attend. I found the staff to be so friendly and helpful it came as a bit of a shock, and was spread across all levels."
