"Blue badge holders : verify that your badge is registered with Parking Eye. I received a PCN charge for £70 despite having documented call records of registering my vehicle with them. Do not be intimidated and appeal."
"Took my 2 year old to the minor injuries unit here, near closing time, for a gaping wound on the bridge of the nose. The service by all staff members from the reception to the nurses was spectacular. They were polite, considerate and efficient. The nurse who cleaned the wound distracted the child with some small toys. Bandaged well. Reassured me. Also showed me how to put the bandage on myself if I have to."
"I went yesterday with a very sore foot after a fall and was seen within 40 minutes. I had to come back for an X-ray today and was seen again quickly. Within an hour I had been re seen by the nurse and informed I had fractured my foot. The service here is simply brilliant. Thank you to all of you, I can’t recommend the Minor Injuries department highly enough."
"My mother Rose Nicholls has dialysis at this hospital in the renal unit she is very well cared for by the staff and nurses who treat her so well. The only problem with the place is the transport home from ERS medical. Mother finishes her treatment basically the same time at 6pm where on a lot of occasions she can wait up to two hours waiting to be took home a twenty minutes journey. I would hope that the transport would be ordered every Monday Wednesday and Friday at five thirty to be able to get there from another job if they are not on site . this would make a vast difference to a Ninety Four years old blind disabled ladies life."
"I give this community hospital a 1 star. I attended this at some point last week. My temp was 39.9 and had been a few days prior to this. I had been advised by the Ms team to attend. I got there and they said they didn't just take a random pee test. Nearly a week later in Mile Oak I was eventually seen and was told I have a severe water infection. It's now sun 11/12/22 and I've got to go back to Mile Oak. I live in Lichfield but I refuse to go back to Lichfield Samuel Johnson I fainted on the day I visited Lichfield. No one came to my aid."
