"Took my Godson to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital after a car accident. I must say how wonderful everyone we came into contact was. The Doctor looking after the Trauma section was brilliant. The nurses and Doctor could not have done anymore to assist. Just shows how good the NHS is."
"Words can't even describe the horror of this 'hospital' A 7 hour wait time when experiencing palpitations, dizziness, extreme fatigue, chest pain and the list goes on. This hospital should be shut down. I have never felt so neglected. They are an absolute disgrace. Even going as far to mock and get iritate with me as I'm sobbing. Then acting as if my chronic illnesses were basically nothing and as if they weren't severely debilitating. I wouldn't go to this hospital dead or alive."
"Brilliant A&E staff and minors team. Walked in on Friday afternoon polite and happy receptionist. Seen in 15 mins by triage Sister who was professional and thorough despite being interrupted by urgent enquiries. 10 minutes later and through to minors and issue resolved by two fabulous Nurse Practitioners. Well done ladies you are a credit to your profession and the NHS and I just wish you were recompensed by the country in a more fitting way. Thanks again and what a lovely team you are. Jonathan"
"I had an endoscopy at RSH on Friday and could not have asked for a better experience. A great team of professional and quietly reassuring nurse practitioners and nurses, working really well together, made this an unexpectedly smoother and simpler experience than I had anticipated! A big thank you to this hard working team - and especially to Shriya Begum, the endoscopist, and the after care nurse, N. Hill, who treated me like an individual despite their busy caseload."
