About the Business
Welcome to the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park - TCV, a serene and stunning nature reserve nestled in the heart of London. Our establishment is more than just a park, it’s an ecosystem that serves as a vital habitat for a myriad of flora and fauna species. Located at The Ecology Park Gatehouse John Harrison Way, Olympian Way, London SE10 0QZ, our institution is not only a point of interest but also a tourist attraction that provides visitors with a unique opportunity to explore and learn about wildlife conservation in an urban environment.
With an area spanning approximately 2.5 hectares, our park boasts an impressive selection of habitats, including wetlands, meadows, and woodland. Each habitat is carefully crafted to cater to the needs of different species of plants and animals. As you stroll through the park, you will come across tall reeds, vibrant wildflowers, and diverse bird species. Our park’s array of habitats is also home to several rare and endangered species like the water vole and the great crested newt.
Aside from our flourishing plant and animal life, we also offer several activities that visitors of all ages can enjoy. Our institution provides educational programs and guided nature walks to help visitors learn about wildlife conservation and the importance of preserving natural habitats. We also have a visitors’ centre where you can find information about our park, local wildlife, and upcoming events.
At Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park - TCV, we are committed to preserving and protecting our environment, and we encourage visitors to do the same. We hope that you will visit us soon and take a moment to appreciate the beauty and wonder of nature. Our park is open every day, and admission is free.

"This is a small free to enter park with ponds and a hide. It is by the Thanes Path and has toilets."
"Beautiful wetland nature reserve alongside the Thames. The outer area is always visitable, and the inner boardwalks and bird hides are accessible a few days per week."
"I enjoyed there and got a lot of pics and videos. It’s nice area and if someone go there I advise to go to cable car to cross river by sky. It’s amazing"
"It's a nice, little forest patch with a wooden bridge pathway which is a delight 365 days of the year. You can see big and small fishes in the water patch and hear birds singing in the trees. This place is frequently visited by foxes as a lot of birds and ducks use it as a breeding patch. Btw it's a great place for a family photoshoot."
"Fantastic little nature reserve located on the Greenwich Peninsula, not far from the yacht club and the O2. Nature and educational activities available on a regular basis. An outdoor learning area is currently being built. The ecology park is home to lots of wildlife including birds and insects. A wooden boardwalk takes you through the park and is a peaceful way to while away some time. Highly recommended."
