"BEWARE: I would rate Quality Home Service a zero if that was an option. Our family rented a property owned by Michael Rothausen through VRBO with this property management company. The week before our stay the property was damaged by hurricane Ian. They canceled our stay and would not refund our $3353. I pretty much begged for at least 50% back but the keyboard warrior I was chatting with explained that the property would likely get foreclosed on if they refunded our money. VRBO apologized but explained that they couldn’t force the host to do the right thing. The only thing I can do now is warn the public about their poor business practice."
