The enquiries team were very prompt in their emails, even answering my questions on a Sunday, and helped us choose a flat that was indeed perfect. When we arrived the apartment was clean, the linens were fresh, the lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful and showed us how everything worked. The location was ideal, very easy to travel around. We would absolutely stay with Ivy Lettings again, and would recommend their service to friends, family, and strangers."

"We had a fabulous 1 week stay at the Ivy Lettings Burton St apartment. It is centrally located a few minutes walk from Warren St or Euston underground station and 15 minutes walk into central London and all the sights. There was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs, comfortable beds and clean functioning kitchen and bathroom. The listing description was accurate, but we were pleasantly surprised with the space and room inside. The Ivy Lettings team were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to our friends."
