"My partner and I had very positive experiences with PG Estates during our 3 year stay in our rental flat. They've got an intuitive website that lets you submit a repair, and we'd always receive quick responses back (e.g. we had to submit 3 repairs during out 3 years). Their communication was very good in these instances. I'd like to shoutout Akash, Lissy and Lyra, whom we've worked with most. Lyra helped us find replacement tenants really quickly when we moved out, and she was thorough and kind to work with throughout the process. Overall highly recommend PG Estates. I know many estate agents don't have the best reputations, but PG is an outlier and is great to work with"
