"Nice room but very small for 4 people. Sofa bed came at extra cost even though we had to make our own bed including the doona in the Doona cover (a feat in itself). Why are we charged to make our own bed??? It took so much effort to make the sofa (which was not actually put together properly we had to attach the end parts to get it to work) . I do not think we should be charged extra to do this !!!! I cannot be held responsible for any damages during the making of this sofa!!!"

"Gorgeous block extremely well maintained. We have stayed in two different flats and they were both great. Management and concierge are very responsive and attentive. Only note is the flats are very warm (a nice problem to have in winter) which if you’re there in Spring is worth knowing. Check if the heat can be adjusted. Very clean and high quality furnishings. Had such a nice stay both times. So central and everything is right on your doorstep. Will be back."

"The kindest receptionists! They helped me with my bags, post and also helped me tape a package I was struggling with as I rushed to the airport! Excellent service! They work so hard and never look tired. I don't know how they do it but I'm impressed!"

"I stayed in one of the basement rooms. The room was very clean when we arrived, and I have no complaints about noise. It seemed difficult to regulate the temperature in the room, turning the Aircon off resulted in the room becoming very stuffy, turning it back on and it seemed to go quite cold quite quickly regardless of chosen temperature. Lack of plugs in the room was a bit of a pain. Otherwise though all standard facilities available, including a safe and mini fridge which was a nice touch. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Oh, shower pressure was really bad, it was difficult to have a decent shower, so that was a negative. Otherwise though this was in an excellent location and great value for money."
