"Didn't show up to the appointments or showed up late, very disrespectful and careless. Then did a quick assessment and decided a part needed replacing. Overall cost was practically as much as buying new appliance. Always behaved erratic and a bit lost. Didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge, during one of the visits used YouTube to check what to do. Doesn't come across as a professional."

"Asked for his call out fee (£95 - more than others in London) ahead of coming out. I said no as never usually the case and he didn't even bother responding to say he wouldn't come. Feel relieved I trusted my instinct now I see the other review!"

"So I called them to fix the washer/ dryer and when I asked for the price he said our call out is £85 and then the next time I called he said £95 and he forgot that he has already talked to me. then he requested me to pay in cash and when he came to check what's wrong with the washer, it took him less than 5 mins to say that you have change the washer as fixing it would be more expensive. he still charged me £85 for that 5 mins on the job and he promised that will send the receipt. now he refuses to answer my call. such a dodgy, poor service and unprofessional business."
