Our engineer, Peta, arrived early and was incredibly thorough but also very efficient in identifying a gas leak and rectifying it. They booked us in at a mutually convenient time and when Petar arrived he was on time, very professional, courteous throughout and thorough. He took the time to explain and advise about the best place to put the thermostat, and showed us how to operate the new system. He also tested that the system was fully operational,going to each room to monitor the operation of the radiators after the install. The boiler was fully gas certificated for peace of mind.
