"Absolutely shocking service, I’d rate it zero stars if I had the option! Paid for a Saturday delivery and guess what...nothing! I followed my tracking and it was sat at the bradford depot the whole day, so clearly APC had no intention of delivering my item at all! To add further insult to injury I phoned the customer service number and after 47 mins 15seconds on hold(next in line apparently) no one answered the phone! I have received no email, phone call or even a text to say what was happening with my delivery! I will never ever use this company again, I will endeavour to tell as many people as I possibly can about my experience too!"
