"Terrible service.. avoid this service if you need to get somewhere on time. My taxi was 15 minutes late picking me up.. I would not recommend Dial a Ride at all, use another taxi service."

"If I could give 0 starts I would. I always used to use this company as drivers and operators was always polite, drivers on time. Nice and clean cars, afordabale fees. When I called taxi today, operator said it will take 15-20 min. and they sent what's up msg saying taxi was booked. After 25min I called operator and asked where is my taxi. He said: "driver already been and we called you twice, nobody answer and driver gone." I explained operator as my signal not graet at my property and I found 2 missed calls from Shipley central number 4 min after I called to book taxi. Operator said "it's not my fault love". I explained I wasn't expected taxi within 4 min as I was told 15-20min and I wasn't expected call from different number. Operator explained: "this is call out number, love". I said you normally sending txt saying " your car dispatch" so I can track. This time I didn't received txt. Operator said: "we not providing this service anymore, love". I was very surprised because I called taxi this morning and they did send txt saying car is dispatched. I explained operator that this is not true as I received txt this morning. Operator was so rude over the phone. I asked to speak with manager. Manager had no intense to apologise and again keep calling me "love". I found that very rude and asked him stop calling me love. I asked to speak with Bilal one of the owners, and manager said "he's not with this company any more, love.This is under new management". Manager also said: "it's your fault you didn't answer the call, to be honest love now you have to wait between 45min and 1h for taxi. We are very busy". I end up calling different company who came in 15 min. I had never experience such a rude approach to the customers. Avoid this comany if you can!"

"Called for a taxi to take me to the train station at 1.50pm, train was at 2.33pm. The operator said 'its coming now' which I took to mean 10/15 minutes max, which is what it means in Manchester. 35/40 minutes later the taxi arrives, the train station was only 8 minutes away in a car but because I had baggage I didnt walk. I missed my train, had to buy another ticket and wait 30 minutes for the next train. I had called another taxi company before this one who said that there were no taxis for at least 30 minutes. At least they were honest!"

"I ordered a taxi, which is just 3 minutes far from my address the man said taxi will coming after 5 minutes, and I waited for up to 15 minutes and I called them back to see what happens the man were really rude he told me you don't have patient, which was really disappointing, and made me late to get work, so if you are late at work don't order it please, unfortunately there is no 0 star"

"We got a simple car from Bradford to Oxford, whose driver was Tabby. The car was amply spacious for our two luggages and four backpacks. Tabby was kind enough to provide a baby seat. He drove me and my family of four safely and fast, with precision and professionalism. He even kindly offered us an orang juice. On June 19 there was an extremely hot weather and yet we only understood it when we stepped out of his well air-conditioned car. The price was very good value for money. As an old customer, I am very pleased with the service and would confidently recommend both the provider and the driver to anyone."
