So dissapointed, ordered a taxi for my daughter who was coming back from work late on her own and the taxi said itd be five mins, driver then took 30 whole mins and lied about his whereabouts when she rang. Do not conprimise a clients safety by lying, better off telling us you wont be on time so we can cancel and use a different service. Really dissapointed and was very worried for my daughters safety.
