"I’ve called the company a week before my booking to ask if I could book a taxi from Leeds to Bradford they said it was fine so they booked me a taxi, it was supposed to be in Leeds at 11pm. Ten mins had already gone I called to ask where’s my taxi and they said that it will come in twenty to thirty mins, so I wait 20 mins which it was already 11:30pm, I call them again and they start telling me that they don’t know when the taxi is going to arrive, this made me so angry because when you book something at a particular time the taxi should be on time or earlier, at the en it was already 12pm and the taxi didn’t show up so I decided to book an Uber which came less than 5mins and got me to home faster and it was less expensive than Zip. ZIP IS NOT RELIABLE, UBER IS!!!"

"App is rubbish! Ordered a taxi what said it was 4 mins away to be sat waiting 20 minutes for it to say “still searching, don’t worry we have your booking” which means it’s not even on its way, when I rang they said it’ll be another 15 minutes which is not good enough as I’m now late for work and had to cancel to ring another! If it stated the driver was 15 mins away when I first ordered it In first place I’d of cancelled it there and then! Stupid"
