"I am under the audiology department at RGH and cannot fault the staff at all. They are all so lovely and they take their time to ensure you are comfortable and all is well before leaving the clinic. I saw 2 different audiologists and both times the service was excellent. If you have any issues at all, give them a ring or text and it gets sorted quickly. Also very handy that they set up so you can order batteries and hearing aid tubes on the Aneuran Bevan website as well. 10/10, cannot fault it."
"I have just visited the Minor Injuries Unit this morning with my husband to have treatment for his dislocated toes. Maxine and Jan were amazing and took a lot of trouble to put the dislocations right which involved two manipulations and two X-rays. Their caring attitude and professionalism were very impressive and I would like to thank them for caring for my husband thoughtfully throughout a painful procedure."
"All the staff here at the RACU from nurses , doctors even down the the lovely receptionist was great it really made a difference I went down at 11.30 I had bloods , all examination done , went for a x-ray and did sit and wait for a little after not leaving until 3.45 but it was alot quicker than any of the other hospitals I've been to. We were all offered tea or coffee and a sandwich and a bike to eat by the nurses in shift. They was all in such high spirits concidering they'd all probbaly worked over Xmas period . thank you RACU unit on B4 ward."
"I unfortunately had to attend there this morning after a fall at home. The staff were lovely from receptionist , nurses, radiology and the Doctor. THANK YOU. Major A&E should never have been moved to the Grange ( zero points for there)"
