"I have just renewed for second year running with this company. I made a claim last year for some damages carpet to which they paid me out very quickly and the whole process was easy. I’ve just unfortunately had to claim for a damaged laptop and the process has been the same - very easy. Currently with the repairers so I’m hoping for the same seamless customer services I received last year. All good so far with no issues. You do have to chase but once chased it gets sorted quickly."

"ABSOLUTE COWBOYS Had a Velux sky light window smash in -° weather. The window is on the 3rd floor and the rest of the house is exposed to this as it's on a landing. If this doesn't constitute an emergency in this weather then what does? I'm starting to question if they are actually a genuine insurance company or just a scam. They should be taken off comparison websites as they are not fit for service. Don't even bother replying to this with an automated message, get into contact with me! Looking at all the 5* fake reviews they have just to balance out the genuine 1* reviews. Can't talk to anyone as claims can only be made through an app. After 36 Hours, I finally got a standard reply saying that because this occurred in the first 30 days of our contract we were not insured. I’m pretty sure I paid for 12 months worth of home insurance not 11. What if my house burnt down and nothing was left, I still wouldn’t be able to make a claim. Faceless company. Will cancel my policy with them now as soon as possible and make sure they know how annoyed I am. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Shockingly poor insurance experience. Began a claim for a broken laptop in June - as of 09 November this still has not been processed. Despite chasing weekly I have to wait 1 month plus to get responses to emails, each time saying they're unable to view any attachments etc. and for me to resend. I've now done this three times and cannot progress any further. I doubt this claim will ever be resolved - luckily it's for a laptop which I was able to repurchase (at cost to me, I'm still waiting for the old one to be fixed - if it ever will be) - I despair for anyone who has had serious damage to their home and is relying on this insurance provider. Do not use."

"They make cancelling your policy as hard as possible. After reading the other reviews, It's a sigh of relief to know I didn't need to put in a claim. Almost looks like it's a scam, likely you'd have to take this company to court If you was to require a big pay-out."

"Awful, awful, awful company. I've had a claim on going for 2 months. I can't get through to anyone on the phone (it just disconnects). I can't get a response to any of my emails asking for an update and their marvellous app is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Do NOT use this company. I get the feeling they are in financial straits and do not want to payout or pay staff to answer the phone. I've worked in customer service and this is not how you do it. Save yourself time and money (i'm out of pocket to the tune of ~£700) and go with someone else."
