"Absolutely no perfume or aftershave out whatsoever in the past 4 months. This included the run up to Christmas when people are trying to source gifts for loved ones and they can't even sample anything. Abysmal when it's in a shopping centre with ample security guards."

"A great shop usually but yesterday's shopping experience was marked by a shop assistant that was rude and disengaging. I brought an expensive bottle of perfume, she didn't look at me, she tutted when I told her what I wanted, I got no thank you she just put the perfume down with the receipt and walked away. I understand that people have hard days but maybe she's in the wrong job if she can't even utter thank you. The shop was not busy at all so that was not an excuse for walking away. A very sad experience."
