"Sadly this practice has declined in professionalism and customer care since I have joined. From observation and discussions with other customers in the waiting room, this practice is only interested in making as much money/profit out of you as possible. I understand its a business and profit is important but we are all living in a cost of living crisis and trying to get you to purchase unnecessary items/treatments etc is not good customer service. This should be considered when they are setting their profit targets and bonuses."

Such care and attention, happy to take as much information and give back as much as they can to get the full picture for each pet. Always super helpful receptionist staff (who even check in after a visit!) Very reasonable prices. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for helping my girls. X"
