"As someone who is not usually compelled to write negative reviews, or even complain, I thought I would make an exception in this instance.This company is not what you would call helpful in any way, shape or from. We have had cases when items have arrived later than scheduled and in some instances we have found that the items have been damaged in transit. Though some of the drivers I've dealt with have been pleasant enough, I've experienced some downright rude ones. For me, the final straw was when one of their vehicles reversed into a nearby parked car, causing a lot of damage to it. I was shocked to discover that the driver had the audacity to deny any knowledge of this happening when questioned about it later and even Bullet Express themselves had the cheek to deny it. It's for these reasons I couldn't recommend this company to anyone. Total shambles."
"Had a delivery of 8 heavy doors, and I was worried that I'd be left with kerbside delivery. Luckily the driver was the most helpful guy imaginable. He reversed the van down the drive & proceeded to help me lift all the doors inside. So grateful that such great customer service still exists. Thank you."
