"got a text to say outside, went down the close right away. Got a text 3 mintues later to say nonone had came out. Called back immediately and said the driver had now picked up someone else. reordered waited in the close 2texts simultaneously to say arrived and left. Called back call handler unhelpful basically said nothing she could do"
"Booked a taxi around 7 hours in advance, 5 mins before it said a taxi had dispatched then went back to awaiting dispatch, i then called and was told as soon as a car clears i will be next. Half an hour after the car was booked i tried again and was told a car had picked the job up but then again it went back to awaiting dispatch. Had to cancel after 40 minutes and making me late for an appointment. Totally uninterested on the phone and no point in booking, sounds like they dont have enough drivers at all!"

"Absolutely disgusting and shocking behavior from a 'business'! I booked a taxi in advance for 12am for the pub closing, or as close to. To be accomodating, I told the man on the phone if it was a bit earlier or a bit later that's fine, which ever would suit him best as he said he was in the taxi office building (across the road!) and I would be his last run of the night, no problem! I was calling for 40 minutes from 11.40 just to check the taxi time and had no answer! An hour later, still no answer, taxi or even message! To leave a young woman standing herself in the dark on a town she is not from is completely unacceptable! How would he feel of it was his daughter who had been responsible to book a taxi to then he stood up and left alone! Utter disgrace!"
"Avoid, didn't even want to give one star. Used these guys for years too. Booked a taxi for 8hrs in advance. 10mins after the time, called, was told there was 1 driver on and they were fully booked, with no possibility to give a time. Rude on the phone, and just not worth my time to deal with what was once respected outfit."
