"Our first time using the I-Cab taxi service and I cannot fault it. We had an early pickup from the house to go to Prestwick Airport, 3am as requested the taxi was waiting outside our front door, the driver was very friendly and we had a extremely pleasant journey, we have booked the I-Cab taxi to meet us on our return. The price from Motherwell to Prestwick Airport was £65.00 you pay the driver, the return price is the same. Highly recommended this service."
"Waiting on taxi and had the ring back. Taxi sitting at a house across the road. Didn't realise it was mine as its actually the other end of cauldesac calls icab back and operator is one cheeky person. Why didn't you go and get it? Duh! It wasn't at my door. Shocking and disgusting customer service. Will never use or recommend company again."
"Phoned around midnight for a pick up from Cleland. I was told their driver would be with me in 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting in the driving rain and multiple calls to their office with no answer and multiple attempts to use their driver tracker app (which didn't work and didn't show the driver or have their contact details), their driver never showed. I had to use another taxi whose driver arrived within 5 minutes. Should have used them from the start!"
