"I don’t doubt that the staff at Nivensknowe are true dog lovers but I’m not satisfied with my dogs recent stay here. I have two dogs who are very sociable and friendly. I asked for updates but I had to contact them for any photos, and when I did get pictures it was just of the dogs outside on concrete on their leads (I assumed they’d be out with the other dogs playing). I kept asking why they weren’t with the other dogs but didn’t get a reason. I decided to collect my dogs early and the youngest of the two cried for a full 15 minutes. Their dry food box honestly didn’t look like it hadn’t been touched and when I asked why the dogs didn’t play with the others I was told it was because the run was full. I’m really disappointed because the prices are so good, but I think it was too good to be true."
