"During Oct my dog although hungry was not keen on eating anything hard. Eating seemed to cause pain. I suspected a bad tooth so arranged a full dental but also asked for his ears and eyes to be checked. This was done at the cost of £454. No teeth were bad. His ears were irrigated and I was given ear drops. Back after two weeks one ear still required more drops. At this time I had noted that his left eye was very red and sore. His eye was checked and no scratches or foreign bodies seen. I was given drops for conjunctivitis. A further £71. Three days later his eye looked worse. This morning I phoned, explained the situation and was informed that the vet would call. Afternoon I called back and again was assured that the vet would call. NO phone call at all. Certainly not the service I expect from a vet practice who claim to give "the highest quality Veterinary Care""
