"One word that is wrong with this placd, Tommy. I was told I was not allowed in the common room and had to go to my bed. I asked for complaint forms and he gave me two blank sheets of paper and told to 'batter in'. I am a degree qualified (NDT) who has to stay here as my partner put me out and for tax reasons I put the house in her name. I refuse to be spoken to like an idiot, even the audacity to give me two blank sheets of paper and a crayon shows he thinks I am an echelon below him. I have tried to come and go, my room is being halved and I'm ok with it. What I will not tolerate is to be made out to be an idiot. "This place is filthy! ..and noisy. It is mostly addicts living here. The location is like a derelict wasteland. The mattress we slept on was covered in mystery stains . You had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower with a clogged drain. This place is a disgrace."
