"Excellent stay at Leonardo Jamaica Street. Friendly professional staff. Lovely clean refurbished room with terrific shower and super comfy beds. Best buffet breakfast I have seen. Artisan breads good range of fresh fruit and hot cooked foods. Looking forward to another stay here"
"I've stayed here a lot in the past. The hotel is currently going through a refurbishment phase so hopefully will be upgraded to accommodate phone charging / USB ports and a smart televisions."
"We stayed on the top floor in one of the newly decorated rooms! Can't fault the room, had everything we needed for the price we paid. Nice modern calming decor. Great staff at the reception. No breakfast, but options in town, which is very close by, main streets are couple minutes walk."
"It should be noted that this place is opposite a hostel that advertised rooms for £10. Hence lots of men hanging around. I would not recommend for lone female travellers. The room itself was tired and had lots of cobwebs in the corners. The window must have leaked at some point as the plaster had been poorly repaired. There was a cigarette burn on the side of the bath. The sink was heavily cracked and the tap came off in my hand! The breakfast was OK. Oh the bed was very comfy and I slept well. The only positive I'm afraid."
"The rooms are lovely, clean with comfortable bed. However the food is terrible a burger for £17 looked like a microwave burger with abit of salad on top my colleague got half a chicken was still raw they even managed to get my tuna melt wrong giving me a toasted bread roll that turn to dust when you took a bite. Breakfast was much the same cheap breakfast items that wasn't cooked to a good standard . By all means stay at this hotel but avoid the food please and eat out ."
