"Good location- 15 mins form Glasgow Central Station. Staff very helpful via email and phone with accommodating my late arrival (thanks Rebeccah!) and the inability of my phone to download an app. Clean, large apartment with all the usual amenities. More milk in the fridge to go with the nice coffee machine would have have been good. Be aware there are two entrances- you need to find the right one for your apartment."
"i’m extremely disappointed with the customer service, the mobile key card wasn’t working and the woman took over an hour to arrive, whilst previously saying she would take 40 mins. my two children sat outside the room at midnight waiting for someone to arrive. i don’t understand why there isn’t atleast one staff member on-site or atleast nearby. honestly mortified by the way things are being run here. avoid."
