"I had a bad experience with the practice's hygienist as I visited back in March and left with high sensitivity (which is something I had never experienced since then). I have a chronic illness that affects my gums and need to be visiting the hygienist every so often, this means that I have gone through this process many many times before. I have never left unsatisfied up until now. When I visited again few days ago, I have suggested that I take anaesthesia for the procedure and was left holding 3 appointments for 1 intervention that will eventually cost me a lot more than what it should. I tried to find an appointment elsewhere but unfortunately, it's really difficult to get an appointment as a new patient in any dental practice in Glasgow at the moment. I gave 3 stars because apart from the hygienist, the rest of the team are lovely and very professional. Sorry guys."
