"Margaret is an absolute treasure we have been with the whole family at Whitehill dental care for 15 years. Even though we moved to the westend we treasure out visits and know we get a service well beyond expectations. I don't use fluorite and most dentist look at me in shock. Margaret looked at what I do instead an we work together to get he best solution for the family. She is not just well educated but om the ball with new innovations, very knowledgeable about alternatives. All our emergencies where treated immediately and even in covid times we managed to get in when needed. The receptionists are dry sometimes short, but lovely with a good heart really. We all have out days, don't we?"

"I was a patient here from the ages of 7 - 18, had absolutely no problems and even enjoyed my visits, then moved to Edinburgh for university and registered at a new dental practice. I've just been refused an emergency service to cover a cavity entering my nerve canal, caused by a lost filling, from them because I've registered elsewhere since last seeing them. I explained that my current dentist can't fit me in till the new year and that the gap is being filled with debris when I eat, exacerbating the condition requiring root canals, and rather than empathy received a slavish adherence to bureaucracy in a tone that implied I was at fault for the entire situation. At the very least a kind word was called for."
