"This review does not reflect on Maria but on the receptionist team. I had to wait two months in agony to get an infected tooth out. Now, a couple days after, I'm in pain from a hole in the tooth next to it where they were touching. Receptionist was horrible dismissive and told me if it was pain from the cavity and not the extraction I'd know and that I had to wait over 2 months for an appointment. I asked if I could pay to have it done private and she was incredibly rude. I asked if I could book two appointments as the first was only for 15 minutes which from experience isn't enough time for a filling and I knew I wouldn't be able to get another appointment for potentially two more months to have it fixed to which she said no and just call if you're in a lot of pain. Why do I have to wait until the tooth is irreparably damaged to receive treatment. I already said I was in pain and felt so condescended to and as if I was a burden. Absolutely awful treatment and it genuinely really upset me."
