I have been a customer of the practice for about 10 years and very happy with the quality of treatments that Dean, Ryan, Chloe and the rest of the team all provide. I recently had a white filling replacing a cracked amalgam one and Dean and Chloe done a fantastic job. They explain everything in detail and check you are are doing okay. "I recommend this clinic because of their caring approach to their patients. I recently went through a bereavement and could not attend some appointments and they were very understanding. I was meant to have a crown fitted in October and the dentists and staff showed great and empathic understanding of my situation. They were on hand to to talk me through the options available due to the time between the moulding being captured and the risks of fitting the the crown so long after the initial cast being made. Yesterday we decided to go ahead with the original plan and they provided a reasonable alternative should the fixture fail. After every appointment the nurses and reception staff will carry out a follow up call to establish how the work feels and look for feedback, not a common thing with other dental clinics. I feel they have gone that extra mile and this, to me, makes them stand out. I live in Clydebank and I will happily travel to the city centre because of their excellent caring and professional approach to their work. They are always friendly and understanding of the person. If I could give 6 stars I would, sadly I could only give 5 of 5. Spot on, keep doing what you are doing 1Smile, you got it right."
