"Wonderful treatment with a friendly, personable approach :) I hadn't been to a dentist in about 7 years but was immediately put at ease by the lovely staff at Parnie Street. Making an appointment was a breeze and I had my teeth checked, polished, whitened and new veneers fitted by Amy and her brilliant team giving me a smile I'd been longing for with no up-selling or pressure involved. Instead, when I enquired about or suggested something, I was given highly professional advice from an experienced point of view which kept both my expectations realistic and my goals in sight. I can't speak highly enough about this practice and any nervousness or hesitation about vising the dentist have now gone."

"I was really pleased when I got registered here and my dentist did a great job of fixing some fillings which were causing me discomfort after not seeing a dentist during the lockdowns. However I went back for a check up earlier this month and they were running 25 minutes late. One of the receptionists is so rude and unwelcoming and ignored me throughout but the other one (who was not dealing with me when I arrived) did kindly chase the dentist up and gave me updates. When I got in they were suitably apologetic but could not manage a scale and polish within the same delayed appointment, so they asked me to come back. I agreed to an appointment this morning during my working hours and arrived exactly on time to find the dentist taking another patient at my allotted time. I was told they were running about 20 minutes late. Again. They really need to work on time keeping or make their appointment times more realistic (not just maximum £!) but I just don’t understand why they don’t call you in these circumstances to warn you. I had to go back to work and will be looking for another dentist surgery where they can keep to time."

Ayesha and her team have made the treatments easy and are being done to an extremely high standard. She takes great care and her attention to detail is second to none in both the planning and the completion of the work.
