"You can do it when you B&Q it seemingly. What can one say about a big DIY superstore? Want paint? Got it. Want screws? Got it. Want wood? Ask wee Jackie she will sort you out. Bet you don’t come out of this place spending under £100"
"Wanted to buy a shed but I need someone to assemble it, but they don't have it in offer. So no point buying as I won't do it myself. But in general. Good shop with lots of stock."
"absolute shambles of a store... even as little as a year ago you could walk in and find exactly what you needed in a fraction of the time it takes you now. asked the staff to help and they have no clue as to where half the stock is, timber used to be all in the one aisle and easy to select now seems to be 2 sections of the store and half the range that there was previously. I'd advise b&q to change shopfitters and layout staff as most aisles are dangerously close to one and other it's an accident waiting to happen. seriously advise anyone to go to one of the other better laid out shops like cumbernauld or east Kilbride. Will never shop here again."
"Totally disorganised outlet, it's under going a refit and nobody on the staff knows where anything is. When I went to the self check out and asked a staff member for assistance he was as helpful as a hole in a space suit."
"Huge car par with disabled spaces. Also has it's trade counter at the far end. Usual stick and the staff are most helpfull. And to top it of there is a burger van in the car park and it does good grub. And the girls like a laugh and pleasing on the eyes."
