"First time using Eurocell for window trim, Waited over a week with no update on order. Phoned 3 times a day for 3 days, No answer. Contacted Hillington Store and they told me that the Coatbridge sore don't answer there phones. Had to phone the head office about my order and they also told me Coatbridge are not answering phones. When I was out I received the delivery, The trim was left out side. Its not hard to give customer a call to keep them updated."
